 As a part b. Ed curriculum, our college conducted art and aesthetics education program on 17th December 2022. They taught the making of the art and aesthetics works.  As a part b. Ed curriculum, our college conducted Socially Useful Productive Work SUPW on 16 December 2022. The workshop was conducted by the faculties of our college. Aims to provide environmental and d social exposure to the children with the knowledge. It helps the students in understanding the political, social, cultural, and economic needs of the society so they can help them accordingly with positive thinking and actions.  Micro Teaching workshop was done on 5-12-2022 and 7-12-2022. Our faculties were taught eleven skills which used to develop the skills of teachers. Micro-teaching is a skill development process, have an opportunity to review and receive feedback. It is a scaled-down technique. The eleven skills are  • Skill of introducing a lesson  • Skill of Reinforcement  • Skill of illustration with example  • Skill of explaining  • Skill of probing questions  • Skill of fluency in questioning  • Skill of using blackboard/whiteboard. • Skill of demonstration  • Skill of stimulus variation  • Skill of achieving closure  • Skill of using ICT
